Case No. 1: Rose Bond Ingraham is an elder-abusing thief and tax cheat.

I’m not sure what her actual name is legally. Some places she goes by Scarlett Bond…Others Rosemarie Bond-Ingraham. Surely, she was a victim of all kinds of abuse growing up and at the hands of her first husband and her long-time boyfriend who never married her. She thinks she is a good Seventh-day Adventist, and perhaps she is. She was my landlady for a number of years and never once stuck to a straight deal. If it was in writing she broke it. If the agreement was verbal she changed it. She is a lousy driver and as far as I can tell has made her life as complicated as possible in order to hide her “wealth.” Well, I have asked a number of people if I ought to just take it and move on. Those who are not rich and quite punctilious say that Justice is allowed. I have given her plenty of warning and she has declared that we are “square.” I say horse manure…

Case No. 2: Paul Gonya is a conniving and vindictive cheat.

He is abusing his ex-wife by an attempt to have her ejected from her life estate in which she has invested her and her brother’s inheritance. He is using his relationship with his adopted daughter and his son-law as his weapon in this elder-abuse scheme. I am praying that he meet God and rescind his actions. One person states, “Paul Gonya is the most hated man in Alpine, California.”
